I support IB Physics students with HL and SL exam content, internal assessments, and lab-based projects. My background in astrophysics gives me a solid foundation across mechanics, electromagnetism, and nuclear physics. I’ve also worked with students on data processing and uncertainty, using past papers to build confidence and precision across all core and optional topics.

After studying Mechanical Engineering, I started supporting A-Level Physics students with topics like mechanics, waves, electricity, and thermal physics. My sessions focus on helping students understand core theory, apply it to calculations, and build confidence with exam-style problems. I’ve worked with students from a range of backgrounds aiming for strong grades across all major exam boards.

I’ve always enjoyed working through physical problems and helping others make sense of how the world works. After completing my degree in Applied Physics, I began tutoring IGCSE Physics and have worked with students preparing for all major exam boards. I focus on key topics like forces, energy, and electricity, helping students build confidence with both the concepts and the calculations needed for exam success.

Most of my students are surprised to hear I didn’t always plan to be a tutor, I started out in a lab working on energy storage materials. But over time, I realised I enjoyed explaining the science more than running experiments. That shift led me here. Now, I help GCSE students get to grips with Physics topics like circuits, waves, and motion, and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

I first started tutoring AP Physics while completing my PhD, and over the years, it’s become a full-time role I genuinely enjoy. I’ve worked with students across the US, helping them get clear on motion, energy, magnetism, and all the trickier parts of the syllabus. Whether they’re preparing for the exam or just trying to stay afloat in class, I’ve guided each one with patience and precision.
